ChessOpening is a chess opening learning service operated by Servet Akdemir, an individual based in Türkiye. Contact: support@chessopening.app.
Email us
For the service, content errors, access, privacy and account deletion: support@chessopening.app. Include “ChessOpening” and a short description in the subject. Include your account email and lesson/opening name when relevant.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card numbers, CVC or identity documents. We request only the information necessary to investigate.
Billing and cancellation
Manage your subscription in Polar’s customer portal through Account → Manage subscription. Polar is the Merchant of Record; payment support is also available at support@polar.sh. See our Cancellation and refund policy.
Privacy requests
Send access, correction or account deletion requests from your account email. Proportionate additional verification may be necessary. See our Privacy notice.
